It also comes in handy when I list your home. I can stage your home with accessories or simply rearrange the items in your home to make it visually appealing without spending a lot of money. Studies have shown that staging is one of the most effective tools to obtain a quick sale and at a higher dollar amount.

On the personal side, I am originally from Northern New Jersey. I graduated from Villanova University in 1989. I lived and worked in Barcelona, Budapest and New York City before moving to Colorado in 1995. I have two sons, Tyler and Ryan, who both attended Regis Jesuit High School. Tyler is currently at Elon University in North Carolina and Ryan is at the University of Colorado in Boulder. In my free time, I'm a pickleball addict and also enjoy golf, yoga, paddle boarding and watching the Broncos, Rockies and Avalanche win.
